Prophetess Melinda Burney is a born-again and Holy Ghost filled believer. As a phenomenal preacher, powerful intercessor, and prophetic voice for her generation, she has been graced to minister to masses through revivals, workshops, conferences, and more. Her spiritual gifts, passion, and holy zeal can be seen in her ministry of evangelism, intercession, and praise and worship.
From serving as worship leader to working in the youth and drama ministry, Prophetess Melinda serves in a spirit of excellence in every facet of her ministry. She is a bona fide pastors’ kid (PK) who works closely with her parents/pastors (Bishop B. Michael Sr. and Pastor Alice Burney) as a church administrator for Living Waters Full Gospel Ministries. Through their leadership, tutelage, and affirmation, her calling as a prophet to the nations was affirmed in 2018.
Prophetess Melinda’s ministry has been proven through an array of ministerial development trainings, mentorship, and spiritual accountability. She has been the recipient of many accolades and honors for her commitment to her kingdom assignment. In addition to her ministry, Prophetess Melinda furthered her education at Georgia Southern University and Middle Georgia College. Her training in the nursing field allows her to passionately help and affect positive change in the lives of those she encounters. She is a Certified Intravenous Pharmacy Technician and is pursuing a degree in Biblical Studies/Theology.
Prophetess Melinda is the founder and host of the 10:10 Summit, a gathering that was birthed as a prophetic tool to remind believers of their inheritance in Christ, which is to live an abundant and holistically healthy life as written in John 10:10. In addition to being a conference host, she is the founder of The King’s Daughter, a mentoring program designed to encourage, coach, mentor, and develop young women into their purpose. The King’s Daughter uses creativity, innovation, and “out of the box” tools to build the self-esteem, confidence, and self-awareness of hundreds of young girls and women.
Prophetess Melinda’s social media presence and prophetic voice can be experienced on various social media platforms, as she is the host of “Let’s Hear From Heaven Together”. This ministry responds to the ever-changing conditions of our world and provides a God-inspired perspective that will give hope, clarity, and inspiration to the listening audience.
Though she wears many hats and carries many assignments, none makes her prouder than her ministry of being a proud mother to her son, Zacchaeus (ZJ) Williams Jr., whom she holds so dear and close to her heart. She is devoted to loving, nurturing, and training him into a man well pleasing to God.
Prophetess Melinda Burney aspires to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ with such fervor that it draws people to the heart of the Father. Her dedication and commitment to Kingdom work inspires the young and encourages the old. For, she has been anointed and appointed by God for such a time as this!
