Dr. Betty W. Williams has over twenty-five years of experience in motivating individuals and groups toward growth and transformation. She is passionate about helping people understand how simple psychological and spiritual principles can have major impact in their lives. She holds a License in Marriage and Family Therapy, has a Masters in Divinity, and completed a Doctorate in Ministry from Mercer University’s McAfee School of Theology. Her work in hospitals, businesses, non-profit agencies, prisons, churches and private practice has given her a wide breadth of experience. Betty has co-led and organized conferences in Russia, organized and led a team of speakers and workers for a project in Liberia, as well as worked with disaster relief teams in Macon and New Orleans. She has served on the board of the Middle Ga. Chapter of Marriage and Family Therapists, the board of Aunt Maggie’s Kitchen Table: a non-profit organization that helps at risk mothers and their children, and the board of Destiny Life Ministries: a fellowship organization for local ministers.

 

She is founder and director of Care and Counseling Interventions. The mission of CCI is to provide resources to individuals, families, groups, and businesses for education, growth and transformation. This includes her work as a chaplain at Pine Pointe Hospice in Macon, Ga.She loves spending time with her husband of 26 years, Johnny. She is educated beyond measure by her 21year old son, Jonathan. They live in Juliette, Georgia. She and Johnny are members at Ingleside Baptist in Macon. Jonathan is a student at Georgia College and State University.
