Apostle Ivy N. Springer, born in Chicago, Illinois, is the eldest of three children born to the late Elder Clarrissa Blackamore. She grew up in Laporte, Indiana and graduated from Benton Harbor High School in Michigan. She then went on to attend Lake Michigan College. Apostle has been married to Pastor Thomas E. Springer of Douglasville, Georgia since 1981. They have two children, Candice and Thomas Jr. and five grandchildren. Currently they reside in Riverdale, Georgia.

Initially licensed in ministry through the Metropolitan Spiritual Churches of Christ in 1976, Apostle Springer committed her life unto the Lord. Apostle Springer is the founder of Spirit of Love Life Empowerment International Inc. in Riverdale, Georgia (formally known as Spirit of Love Christian Center founded in 1988). This 21st century ministry purposes to meet the needs of the whole man. She has over forty-three years of experience in leading, training, equipping and empowering God's people. She is also the Visionary and Apostle of One Accord United Churches in Christ.

Apostle Springer is the founder and Dean of Higher Learning Ministries. She is a certified facilitator for Elijah House Prayer Ministries and currently holds certifications as a life coach in health, finances, and leadership. She is a certified mediator for "The Legal Alternative to a Judge and Jury". Apostle Springer is the Visionary for the Tribute to Preaching Women series that highlights and honors women in ministry over 30 years. At the Tribute in 2016, Apostle Springer was presented with the Lifetime Achievement, The President’s Volunteer Award under President Obama’s Administration.

Promoting ultimate health with the Healing Spa, Apostle markets a wide array of health services and products to assist with healing from the inside out. An author, Apostle Springer launched “I Am Declaration and Meditation Devotional” August of 2015. January 2016, she began a food distribution program serving six non-profit organizations; four ministries, a transitional housing group and a substance abuse program. In May 2016, Apostle launched a business empowerment network, “Queens Bosses & Spoilers”.

Apostle Springer’s goal is to spiritually build people who will reach their God given purpose and destiny. She works closely with other ministries and leaders to help develop their teams that they may perfect the saints for the work of the ministry according to Ephesians 4. She was only eight years old when she began to minister in the prophetic and six-teen when God called her to preach the gospel and to teach the importance of living in the spirit. Apostle Springer is a God-fearing woman operating in the Five-Fold Ministry with miracles, signs and wonders following. The Apostle, called to the nations, she has traveled to England and Africa, setting the captives free and equipping the body of Christ to walk in their authority as kingdom builders.
